Our free 15-minute consultation is the perfect opportunity for you to determine if I am the right fit for your needs. During this consultation, you can discuss what areas you need support with and decide if you would like to proceed with individual sessions or our 6-session package deal.

Our individual sessions are priced at 70 USD each, and typically run for 60 to 90 minutes. If you are looking for a more cost-effective option, consider our 6-session package deal. With this package, you will save 20 USD per session and pay only 50 USD per session. Each session is scheduled for 60 to 90 minutes, giving you ample time to explore your thoughts and emotions in a safe and supportive environment.

Whether you choose individual sessions or our package deal, you can rest assured that you will receive personalized care and guidance to help you on your journey. I recommend a weekly schedule for the first three sessions to maximize your progress, but you have the flexibility to choose sessions on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
